It is possible to find the long version of the video on the Youtube page of Global News, a Canadian-based news channel. The video mentions the leaders meeting for the first time. The release date of the video shows 3 years ago.

Searches on the internet also show information about this meeting. According to a report in the BBC, it is written that the Leaders met for the first time in Vladivostok, Russia in April 2019. In the news on CNN, it is stated that the reason for the meeting is that Russia will mediate between North Korea and the United States and will inform the United States about North Korea’s nuclear activities.
