The Poco brand has announced the launch date of the most anticipated smartphones of 2023 via its social media account. The Chinese company will announce the Poco F5 and F5 Pro models at its event on May 9, 2023.
So we’re less than two weeks away from officially meeting Poco’s 2023 flagship killers. The slogan of the event is “The Return of the King”, showing that we will encounter two of the best smartphones of this year.

Poco has not only announced on Twitter when it will unveil the new Poco F5 and F5 Pro, but also shared the first official render of the base model. The published image focuses on the triple rear camera system (64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP) of the device.
There is information that the Poco F5 will include a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, Full HD+ resolution and a 6.67-inch OLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. There is also talk of a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
As for the Poco F5 Pro, the company has not revealed anything about this model recently. However, we do know that it will be the international version of the Redmi K60. This indicates that it will come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. We’ll find out soon if it’s true or not.
