The Aliens: Dark Descent release date has been announced with the newly released trailer. Hot clashes await us in the summer season. Of course, if there are no delays. Details are here.
Aliens: Dark Descent, developed by Tindalos Interactive for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series and published by Focus Entertainment, was announced during last year’s Summer Game Fest broadcast.
According to the story, we will be in the role of a commander in charge of stopping the Xenomorph epidemic on Moon Lethe. We will have an experienced Colonial Marine team at our disposal. By leading our troops, we will have to engage in combat with the Xenomorphs, the operators of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation, and the creatures that have just joined the Alien brand.
When Is Aliens: Dark Descent Released?
With the new trailer released by IGN recently, the release date of the game was announced as June 20, 2023, as well as showing new things about the gameplay.
As Colonial Marine commander, we will be able to issue real-time orders and even make tactical decisions by slowing down time during combat. This is actually pretty important for gameplay. Because there is a permanent death system and if a soldier dies, we cannot get him back on his feet.
We can recruit new units to our team, train them and upgrade them with five different classes, a range of specializations and weapon ammunition. Since each level in the game will be open and huge, it will also be possible for us to complete the missions in different ways. We will also be able to find shortcuts to ensure survival throughout our progression.
