Your letter regarding your request for opinion on whether the COVID-19 vaccine will be given to foreign nationals who do not reside in our country and who do not have a residence permit and whether a fee will be charged has been examined.

Thanks to the measures taken due to the COVID-19 pandemic and widespread vaccination programs in our country, the number of cases is tried to be kept under control. The presence of unvaccinated individuals in the community poses a serious risk in terms of protection of public health and community immunity. For this reason, it is important to ensure that people who request vaccines have access to the vaccine. For this reason, foreign nationals who do not reside in our country and do not have a residence permit;

  • During vaccination, the application fee with the code S100041, which is in the Public Health Services Price Tariff Annex-2A list, will be charged, and the vaccination fee will not be charged.
  • It can be done in health institutions licensed by the Ministry of Health, under the supervision of the people authorized by the HSYS provincial administrators working in the Provincial Health Directorates. Request information and requirements.
