Chinese Jun Cang, who participated in search and rescue efforts in Malatya, took the name “Yusuf” as a Muslim.
Malatya was one of the provinces affected by the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş.

Jun Cang, an officer in the Chinese search and rescue team, found and extracted the Quran while searching under the rubble.
Jun Cang delivered the Quran to Sinan Kaçmaz from Yusufeli team.
Kaçmaz decided to present the Qur’an, which came out of the rubble, to Cang as a gift.

Jun Cang, who received the Quran, became a Muslim by bringing the word Shahada.
