Azerbaijan to Send 370 Person Search and Rescue Team to Turkey
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan announced that a search and rescue team of 370 people will be sent to Turkey due to the 7.4 magnitude earthquake, the epicenter of which is in the Pazarcİk district of Kahramanmaras and affecting 10 provinces in total.
In the statement made by the ministry, it was stated that President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions to help Turkey in order to eliminate the effects of the severe earthquake that occurred in Turkey and to support search and rescue efforts.
In the statement, it was stated that the search and rescue team consisting of 370 people will first move to Turkey as per the instructions.
