19 people were killed and 29 injured in a suicide attack on an educational institution in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabil. Making the first statement after the attack, Kabil police spokesman Khalid Zahran said, “There was an explosion inside an institute, the explosion caused many casualties.”
A suicide attack was carried out on an educational institution in Kabil, the capital of Afghanistan. According to preliminary information, 19 people were killed and 29 injured in the attack.
FIRST EXPLANATION FROM AUTHORITIES
After the explosion, the first statement about the attack came from the Kabil police spokesman, Khaled Zadran. “There was an explosion inside an institute, the explosion caused many casualties,” said Zadran of the tragic event. Zadran added that security forces also came to the attack area to investigate.
TALIBAN: TARGETING CIVILS IS NOT HUMANITY
Abdul Nafy Takor, spokesperson of the Taliban Ministry of Interior, made a statement regarding the attack. Noting that the attack took place in a region inhabited by Khazars, Takor said, “Targeting civilians is proof of the enemy’s inhuman brutality and lack of moral standards.”
