Apple Unveiled A Revolutionary Virtual Reality Headset At Wwdc23.

Recently, interest in virtual reality headsets has been growing rapidly due to the proliferation of metaverse initiatives.

Apple aims to launch multiple wearables by 2030. One of these devices is a VR/AR headset.

Apple officially unveiled Apple Vision Pro, a mixed reality headset, at the WWDC developers conference that kicked off today.

What Apple Vision Pro Has To Offer

Apple Vision Pro, one of the most advanced glasses ever released for interacting with the environment, will be controlled with hand gestures.

People wearing the glasses will be able to see the outside environment and switch between virtual reality and augmented reality experience.

Apple explained that with the device, 3D objects can be projected into real space, including pulling objects from a message thread into the real world.

Apple also introduced TV and Arcade content, including premium content from Disney, through the headset. More movies and content will be coming to glasses in the future.

iPhones, iPads and Macs will all be able to connect to Apple Vision. With the glasses, many Apple apps will offer a virtual reality experience.

The glasses will come with an augmented reality-specific processor R1 and an M2 processor. Apple Vision Pro will perform as high as the next generation of Mac computers.

Vision Pro features a microOLED Apple silicon back panel and has 23 million pixels across the two display panels. 4K video can be processed at full resolution.

Apple Vision Pro price

The official US price of Apple Vision Pro has been announced as 3,499 dollars. Apple Vision Pro will hit the shelves in the US in the first months of 2024.
