Evren is located on southeast region of Ankara with three thousand population. Evren is the least populated district of Ankara. It is also the farthest district from the city center. The district is adjacent to Şereflikoçhisar district of the city. The district was established on the banks of the Kızılırmak River. Evren is one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia. However, there are not many places to visit in Evren district. Hirfanlı Dam Lake is the most important attraction of the district. The lake is also used for fishing.
