The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to be officially unveiled on February 25th, and while we’ve seen a lot of leaks and rumors lately about what to expect from the new flagship, today’s latest Xiaomi 14 Ultra leak from German blog WinFuture confirms some previous rumors and reveals the full specs and images of the phone.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and will come with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage in Europe. In some markets outside Europe, the phone is also expected to come in a 1TB model.
As for the display, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a 6.73-inch, 120Hz AMOLED display with 1440p resolution and 3,000 nits peak brightness. The display will also come with HDR10+ support and an under-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
The rear will feature a large LEICA-branded camera unit, flash modules and four 50MP cameras. The rear camera unit consists of a main camera using a 1-inch sensor, an ultra-wide camera, a telephoto camera (3.2x zoom) and a periscope telephoto camera (5x zoom).
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with a 5,300 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. Other highlights of the new flagship include NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, USB-C and dual SIM slots. Finally, the phone will be 9.2 mm thick, weigh 220 g and have IP68 dust and water resistance.
The phone will come in white and black, with a vegan leather back and aluminum frame. There will also be a version of the phone with a titanium frame, but the source says this model will not be released in all markets.
