“Our security forces ask a foreigner for his identity, and if he cannot present his identity, our officer invites him to the mobile migration point. With our migration experts, both fingerprint interrogation is carried out and the necessary checks are carried out from the Göçnet database. If they turn out to be irregular migrants, they are sent to the removal center by our law enforcement officers. In Istanbul, the pilot region, 20 vehicles are working at different points. By the end of October, this service will be on the field in 30 cities with 150 vehicles.”
