In today’s world, where communication is almost completely moved to online environments, the most used applications are friendship and match applications. These applications, which allow users to match people with common features, may not actually reflect the real characters and thoughts of the people.
According to a study by GQ, 70% of men lie about their height, age and career on dating apps.

A multiple-choice survey of respondents in the UK found that 35% of men lied about their age, 28% about their career and 27% about their height. On the other hand, according to one of the most interesting statistics of the study, 21% of men in monogamous relationships still continue to use dating apps.
When asked about the importance of sex and relationships in their lives, 47% of men say they can be happy in a relationship with little or no sex.
On the other hand, 35% of men prioritize spending time with their friends and family.
