ANKARA, Turkey – The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has released its periodic population statistics for the three-month periods, offering the most current view of the country’s demographic structure. According to TÜİK data, the country’s population, which was 85,664,944 at the end of 2024, increased by a total of 315,710 people during the first nine months of this year (January 1 – October 1).
