The contractor of 6 buildings destroyed in Besni district of Adıyaman was caught in Mersin.
In the written statement made by the Adıyaman Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was stated that the investigation initiated regarding the buildings destroyed in the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes in the region continues rapidly.
In the statement, an arrest warrant was issued for Şükrü İşitmen, who undertook the contracting of 6 buildings demolished in the Besni district within the scope of the investigation and is considered to have killed 123 people so far, and the suspect was caught by the Mersin Police Department teams.
