Telegram has confirmed that it will announce 16 new features by the end of the month. The company made the first of the new features available to all users today.
The sticker editor allows users to create their own stickers and sticker sets without leaving the app. Users will be able to take photos of their choice and add text, drawings, animated stickers, emoji and GIFs to create stickers as they wish.
What Does the Sticker Editor Offer to Users?
Telegram’s new sticker editor offers much more than just adding and decorating photos. With this editor, users can cut objects by removing the background. Thus, they can make the sticker look exactly the way they want.
You can also delete unwanted parts of photos and restore them later. Stickers can even be framed to give them a classic look.
Each sticker created can be added to a set by selecting the emojis that describe it. Telegram’s artificial intelligence looks at the photo and helps suggest the right emoji. This way, users can categorize their stickers in the most appropriate way and find them easily.
Users also have the option to share their own sticker sets. When one of the stickers created with the new feature is sent to another user, they can tap it to add the whole set. Moreover, each sticker set has its own unique t.me link.
