Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 Revealed With Their Features
Samsung will sell its new foldable phones in the coming months. The emerging features of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 point to the highest level.
While Samsung continues to be the leader in the foldable smartphone market, it is trying to consolidate its position by introducing new models in this area. In this context, the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 models recently appeared on Geekbench and were seen with remarkable features.
Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 become clear
As it is known, Samsung used the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy chip in the Galaxy S23 series. This chip was significantly faster than the regular Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It seems that this chip will also be used in the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5.
As can be seen from the image above (Left, Z Fold 5 – Right, Z Flip 5), the scores are quite ambitious. So much so that the Galaxy S23 series hovers around 1500 and 4900 points in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively, in the same tests. In this context, it is not clear what the performance difference is, but it is probably due to the measurement difference between Geekbench 6 and Geekbench 5.
Meanwhile, according to Geekbench, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 has 8 GB of RAM, while the Galaxy Z Fold 5 has 12 GB of RAM. In addition, let’s say that the Android 13 operating system is running on both phones. Samsung has yet to announce an official release date, but the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 will likely be introduced in August 2023.
