In the statement, it was stated that the company will add the chat function called “Business Chat”, which is similar to the recently popular artificial intelligence chat robot ChatGPT, to its applications, and that Copilot can perform actions such as summarizing an e-mail about a particular project to colleagues based on user data .
Colette Stallbaumer, General Manager of Microsoft 365, noted that the new features are currently only available to 20 enterprise customers, and will be rolled out to more customers in the coming months.
