Immortals of Aveum, the brand new FPS adventure that uses Unreal 5.1 technology and combines action and magic, made its debut today. Published by Electronic Arts and developed by Ascendant Studios, the game has an original world and an immersive scenario.
Immortals of Aveum tells the story of Jak (Darren Barnet), who discovers that he is an ‘Unpredictable’ with magical powers and finds himself in the middle of the battle for Everwar. Commissioned under the tutelage of the powerful General Kirkan (Gina Torres) and an elite cult of warmages called the Immortals, Jak must master the three colors of magic (blue, green, and red).
With legions of powerful magic users and soldiers on both sides of the Everwar war, Jak and the Immortals must uncover the mysteries of Aveum’s troubled past to change the course of Everwar and defeat Rasharn’s mighty warlord Sandrakk and his sidekick, The Hand.

Immortals of Aveum immerses players in action-packed gameplay that tests reflexes; Players put their skills to the test in fast, fluid combat that’s easy to learn and satisfying to master. Huge legions of Rasharnian forces await to battle against players commanding more than 25 different spells, shaping them with combos, and learning to use counterattacks.
Home to more than 80 unique abilities and a deep progression system, Immortals of Aveum has countless ways to create characters and many different and fun ways to defeat enemies. Players will be rewarded for trying out different playstyles and can experience an extraordinary, fast-paced experience where magic is at the center of both attack and defense.
Beyond the war, the world of Aveum offers a unique fantasy universe with rich storytelling, puzzles and unique locations. From the lush forests of Lucium to the snowy peaks of Kalthus and the lava caves of Calderas, more than a dozen worlds are waiting to be explored, filled with an assortment of enemies, side quests, boss battles and more.
Featuring Gina Torres (Firefly, Suits) as General Kirkan, Darren Barnett (Never Have I Ever, Gran Turismo) as Jak, Antonio Aakeel (Slow Horses, I Came By) as Devyn, and Lily Cowles as Zendara. (Roswell, New Mexico, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War), an exciting adventure with voices was presented to the players.

Immortals of Aveum is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on August 22 via the EA app, Steam and Epic Games. Players who purchase the Deluxe version of the game can get a special Sigil, three rings, two bracelets and three totems.
