The Mars Express spacecraft, which was sent to the red planet by the European Space Agency to investigate many aspects of Mars and collect information, sends various photographs to Earth from time to time.
To celebrate the anniversary of the Mars Express spacecraft, the European Space Agency will broadcast live for the first time the images taken by the spacecraft.
The images will be broadcast directly from the spacecraft’s Visual Monitoring Camera (VMC), also known as the Mars Webcam.
Live Broadcast Will Last 1 Hour
During the live broadcast, which will last for about 1 hour, a new image will be broadcast every 50 seconds.
The live broadcast is scheduled to start at 19.00 on June 2. The broadcast will take place on the European Space Agency’s YouTube channel.
