Avcılar Campus 

Avcılar Campus is the biggest campus of Istanbul University. In addition to institutes, faculties and schools, there is a cultural center, veterinary clinics, student dormitories, full-size football field, basketball courts, tennis courts, metrobus station, guesthouse, social facilities and IETT Avcılar Garage in Avcılar Campus. Faculties located in Avcılar campus: Faculty of Engineering, Veterinary Faculty, Faculty of Business Administration, School of Transportation and Logistics, School of Physical Education and Sports, Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Vocational School of Veterinary Faculty.

Prep. School

Preparatory class trainings at Istanbul University are given in the foreign languages section of Beyazıt Campus. Turkish, English, German and French trainings are provided in the preparatory classes. Compulsory preparation is available in all departments with 30% English and above.

Libraries 

Istanbul University Central Library is Turkey’s first university library. There are 25 libraries in Istanbul University, namely the Central Library and Faculty and School Libraries. In the Rare Works Department of the Central Library, 38,000 printed works, maps, notes and 800 albums in Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Latin and other languages, and II.
