Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Maps May Disappoint You!
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer maps have been leaked in a leak that players may not be too pleased about. Here are the details!
The release date and price of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, developed by Sledgehammer Games, was announced recently. The full launch of the game will take place on 17 August at Warzone. The launch will include an in-game event where players can win special items and prizes.
Two days before the launch date, a user on X (formerly Twitter) provided information about the game’s multiplayer maps. Under the post, users criticised the leaked information about the game.
Will Old Maps Be Used?
A user named el_bobberto on X (formerly Twitter) suggested that Modern Warfare 3 will use the maps from Modern Warfare 2. The fact that the game will not offer any original multiplayer maps has angered some users.
As of now, every MWIII launch map is a remastered MW2 (2009) map. #MWIII

Under the post, many players argued that the new version should not continue with the old maps. One player even commented, “I mean, what’s the point of a brand new game then? We could have sold them as DLC for MWII.”
As can be understood from the comments, those who cannot give up the classics in games will not have a problem with this, but players who want innovation will not be satisfied with the maps. Because the maps seem to monotonise the layout of the old game instead of adding innovation to the game.
