The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has decided to broadcast some of the 2nd League and 3rd League matches live on its YouTube channel. According to the statement made by the federation, after the test broadcasts, one League 2 and League 3 match each week will be officially available on YouTube.
When Will the Broadcast Start?
The first live broadcast will take place today with the match between Kastamonuspor and Sarıyer. This match can be watched on the TFF YouTube channel and kicked off at 14.00 at Kastamonu Gazi Stadium.
The federation aims to increase the viewership of 2nd and 3rd League matches and the interest in these leagues. At the same time, it aims to introduce the talented footballers competing in these leagues to a wider audience.
These matches, which were previously broadcast on TRT or local TV channels, will now be officially available on YouTube. The TFF also plans to contribute to the promotion of the leagues and offer various options to football fans.
In the coming weeks, one 2nd League and 3rd League match will be broadcast live on YouTube every Sunday.
