Asus ROG Phone 7 Spotted For The First Time

ROG Phone 7, Asus’ highly anticipated player phone, was viewed live for the first time. So what does the flagship model that will be introduced on April 13 offer?

According to the leaked images, the Asus ROG Phone 7 will have a similar design to its predecessor, the ROG Phone 6. However, on the back of the device, we see that there is a special illuminated design for the ROG Phone series. On the front of the device, there are slightly thick bezels and a front camera on the right side of the top frame.

Other leaked photos confirm that the device will come with a dual speaker setup positioned above and below the bezel, in addition to a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type C support. Finally, the power and volume buttons are positioned on the right side of the phone.

Reportedly, ASUS ROG Phone 7 will feature a 6.78-inch E4 AMOLED panel on the front that offers 165Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. Recent AnTuTu listings have confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 paired with 16GB of RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

Out of the box, we will see a 50MP primary, 13MP ultra-wide and 5MP camera on the phone, which comes with Android 13 OS and ROG UI. On the front, there will be a 32MP selfie sensor. Let’s also mention that the ROG Phone 7, which will be showcased with a 6000 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging under the hood, will weigh under 240 grams. The rumored ROG Phone 7 series will debut on April 13. The device is expected to be showcased with a price tag of around $580
