Apple’s Mixed Reality Headset Appears for the First Time
Apple is expected to introduce a mixed reality headset called Reality Pro in June. A reliable source has published photos of the components of the company’s new product.
Leaks about the mixed reality headset that Apple plans to introduce in the coming months are slowly emerging. This time, a trusted source has published photos of the components of the device. The images allow us to take a look at the product outline.
In one of the photos there are two ribbon cables resembling glasses. Presumably these are used to connect the displays to the circuit board of the device. When we look at the other image, we see that there are three sensors or camera arrays on the flexible strip.
The Source of Images Is Solid
The leak in question was published on a Twitter account that shared accurate information about Apple products. The fact that one of the displayed parts is similar to the microphone array on the HomePod also strengthens the possibility of the photos being real.
Apple is expected to unveil its first mixed reality headset, which is expected to be called Reality Pro, at its WWDC 2023 event in June. The device will come with two high-end displays, an Apple M2-level processor and xrOS operating system.
