A Training Plane Crashed In Aydın: 2 People Injured
It is reported that a training plane crashed in Efeler district of Aydın, injuring 2 people. According to the statement made by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, 2 injured pilots were transferred to hospital.
The plane, which took off from Aydın Çıldır Airport, crashed for an undetermined reason 900 meters from the runway.
The instructor and student were slightly injured in the accident.
The wounded were taken to Aydın Adnan Menderes University Hospital.
Statement From The Ministry
The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure stated that “An aircraft accident occurred as a result of the aircraft with the registration mark TC-TDA, operated by Aydın Çıldır Flight Academy, falling to the end of the runway for an unknown reason after taking off from Aydın Çıldır Airport. As a result of the accident, two pilots were injured and referred to hospital.”
