How Much Has Cigarette and Alcohol Rise in Turkey?
With the announcement of the inflation figures by TUIK, the rate of increase in the excise duty on alcohol and cigarettes became clear. Accordingly, the automatic increase in SCT amounts was 22.29 percent.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced December inflation as 1.18 percent monthly and 64.27 percent on an annual basis.

With the announcement of the Domestic Producer Price Index (DPFE) data for December, the automatic increase rates in fixed and minimum fixed SCT amounts in alcohol and tobacco products were also determined.
