Uludere State Hospital’s New Building is Being Prepared

The new service building of Uludere State Hospital in Sirnak will be completed and put into service next month. It is planned to serve 44,600 people with its polyclinics. Uludere State Hospital Director Sule Sule Coskun told reporters that the Ministry has made a big investment in the district. Stating that the old 25-bed hospital was insufficient, Sule Coskun stated that the new 40-bed hospital building would meet the need. Pointing out that Uludere would be needed, “It was a need for Uludere. A hospital that will serve 44,600 people in Uludere, Beytussebap and villages due to heavy transportation and winter conditions. To meet the patient potential with this size and competence.” Previously, 60-70 patients were referred to the center by ambulance. Sule Coskun stated that these referrals will decrease with the newly opened hospital.

Especially pregnant women. “We are having problems. That’s why we applied to the Ministry of Health to prevent our old hospital. We want to serve as a mother training hotel in our old hospital building. We will also use a single floor for the accommodation of the personnel who come here on temporary duty from the provinces and districts.” With the new hospital, transportation to the center of Sirnak will decrease,” Işıklar said, thanking everyone who contributed.
