It was decided to postponeGIST, one of the two biggest game fairs of the year, which brings together thousands of players and brands every year.
Due to the two-round Presidential election for the fair, which is planned to be held between 16-18 June under normal conditions, the exam schedule of the students coincided with theGIST dates.
GIST Postponed to September 22-24
Stating that they listened to the demands of the players, GiSTmanagement announced that they postponed theGiST to September 22-24 in order for the gaming industry to enter a more enjoyable atmosphere.

Gaming Istanbul (GIST), one of the 8 largest international gaming and e-sports fairs in the world recently, was held between 16-18 June 2023 by Prof. Dr. We have announced to you that it will be held at Kadir Topbaş Show. and the Arts Centre. However, we were receiving intense requests from gamers to postpone GIST due to the two-round Presidential elections and the exam schedule announced after our fair permits were obtained. As Gaming Istanbul management, we listened to these justified demands and decided to postpone the GIST to September 22-24, 2023 so that the players and the gaming industry could come together in a more enjoyable environment. We will bring GIST on this new date. With the sponsorship of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and its affiliates, it meets game lovers with a richer content.
