Work permit contract in Turkey

I received a contract from one local turkey airline and I signed the contract but they said I have to pay $1.590 for expert permit in Turkey before resuming to there agent .I strongly believe this is fake please help care issue .is this government requirement in Turkey ? Or crooks

  There is no requirement of such a payment to obtain work permit in Turkey. We strongly recommend you to be careful and not to make any payment in advance as most probably this offer is a scam.
