Good morning.. in 2018 I overstayed in Turkey about 14 days and I didn’t pay the fine while leaving.

Last week I applied for a visa and the embassy called me and told me that i am banned and need to contact and advocate to lift it.. and he said it is possible.

I am wondering if you have advicates can do it?
