I am in Turkey now for 5 years with tourist residence permit (RETIRED) and during that period I did not stay outside of Turkey for more than 5 months, am I entitled for a Turkish citizenship ?, or what are the other options.

Foreigners, who are staying in Turkey on basis of touristic residence permit are not eligible for Turkish citizenship application. Those, who are holders of work permit or residence permit for property owners can apply for Turkish citizenship after five years of uninterrupted stay within the country on basis of one of above mentioned documents.Kind Regards,
