Fire Flux Esports became the European Champion in PUBG MOBILE Pro League, one of the largest esports organizations in the world. A Turkish team experienced the European Championship for the first time in the esports scene.
While Fire Flux Esports Mobile recorded the victory with a total of 335 record points, Turkish teams made up all the teams that finished the tournament in the top five.
Turkish teams blew in the 2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League European Spring Championship, organized by PUBG MOBILE Esports, one of the most popular mobile games in the world, between 19-22 May. In the tournament with a total prize pool of 2.3 million TL ($ 150 thousand), Fire Flux Esports Mobile won a European Championship for the first time in Turkey’s esports history.
Fire Flux Esports Mobile, which broke a record in the European Championships by scoring 27 points in a single match and completing the tournament with a total of 335 record points, left the championship with the first prize of 40 thousand dollars.
6 OF THE 8 MOST SUCCESSFUL TEAMS IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP ARE TURKISH
Beşiktaş Esports took the second place in the 2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League European Spring Championship with 292 points and deserved to win the $28,000 prize. Regnum Carya Esports team, on the other hand, was the third most successful team in the tournament with 258 points and received the 18,000 dollar prize. Yiğit “Kecth” Meral, the successful player of Fire Flux Mobile, also received a $2 thousand award as the best player (MVP) of the tournament.

For the first time, the Turkish team became the champion in a European Championship, and moreover, 6 Turkish Teams are in the top 8 in the championship. The 2022 PMPL Regional Spring Championship, which includes five regional championships, started with the PMPL European Championship and the PMPL South Asian Championship on 19 – 22 May, in which Turkish teams also took part. The PMPL Americas Championship, PMPL Middle East and Africa Championship will be held from May 26 to 29, while the PMPL South East Asia (SEA) Championship will be held from June 10 to 12.
