President Erdoğan Will Rest For One Day

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who suffered a short-term illness during a live broadcast yesterday, announced that he has taken a one-day rest upon the advice of his doctors. Erdoğan will continue his election work starting tomorrow.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has been a bit exhausted in these last days as he has accelerated his work.

Erdoğan, who suddenly became ill during his live broadcast yesterday and frightened his fans, took a break and appeared on the screen again.

Stomach Cold

Saying that he had a stomach cold, the President both apologized and asked for forgiveness.

Stating that he had a minor setback due to his busy schedule, the President decided to rest at home today on the advice of doctors.

The President also announced his decision on his social media account.

“I Will Rest At Home”

Starting his statement by thanking those who wished him a speedy recovery, Erdoğan continued as follows:

I would like to thank each and every member of my dear nation, each and every one of my brothers and sisters for their get well wishes and prayers due to the minor discomfort I had during the broadcast due to my busy schedule. Today, I will be resting at home on the advice of our doctors. Unfortunately, we will not be able to meet with my brothers and sisters from Kırıkkaleli, Yozgat and Sivas today.

Back On The Field Tomorrow

Vice President Fuat Oktay will attend the Kırıkkale, Yozgat and Sivas programs on our behalf. God willing, we will continue our program starting from tomorrow. We will continue to work to bring our beloved nation to the goals of the Turkish Century. On this occasion, I wish health, peace and prosperity to all my citizens.
