The news site reported that Pyongyang residents were stockpiling goods in anticipation of stricter measures.
It is unclear whether other parts of NorthKorea are implementing new restrictions.
NorthKorea acknowledged its first Covid-19 outbreak in 2022, but declared victory over the virus in August.
Lacking widespread testing tools, the country has never disclosed how many people have been infected with the novel coronavirus.
