Motorola’s upcoming foldable phone, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, has appeared on Geekbench. So what does the device powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 offer? Here are the details

Two Motorola Razr foldable models are expected to hit the market this year, including a Lite model. These will be the Motorola Razr 2023, Razr Plus (Razr Ultra) and Razr Lite models, respectively. So we keep hearing various leaks about new devices. Now, the mid-level member of the family, Motorola Razr Plus 2023, has started to appear on Geekbench.

The Geekbench listing shows us that the Motorola Razr+ 2023 will be called Motorola Razr 40 Ultra in certain markets. However, the model tested with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset on the Geekbench platform scores 1285 points in a single core and 3810 points in a multi-core. Let’s also remind you that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 has reached an average of 1524 and 4597 points, with a small comparison.

The screenshot also confirmed that the Razr+ 2023 will be powered by 8GB of RAM and Android 13 operating system under the hood. According to recent leaks, the new foldable will feature a 6.7-inch foldable AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate on the front.

If we remember, recently leaked render images revealed that the base model of the family, Motorola Razr 2023, will come with a smaller cover screen than its predecessor. It is stated that Motorola Razr Plus 2023 will be a first in the industry with a 3 inch or larger cover screen. But we’ll have to wait a little longer to confirm this. As a matter of fact, the month of August is pointed out as the introduction date of the phones.
