Although the hospital is built with a capacity of 50 beds, it serves with a capacity of 80 beds due to the excess of patients who want to benefit from thermal spas and physical therapy of the district. In the hospital, 12 specialist physicians in 10 branches and 5 general practitioners work in the conduct of emergency services. In addition, 77 assistant health personnel (Nurse, Midwife, ATT, Laboratory Single, X-Ray Tek, Health Officer, Administrative and Office Officers, etc.) and 39 people work as service procurement personnel in the execution of health services.
During the last 2 years, transforming the unused lodging building into an administrative service building, the Physical Therapy Unit, which served on the basement floor, was moved to this evacuated area. The hospital renewed the medical devices and furniture in the Physical Therapy Unit and gave it a modern look. The Endoscopy Unit was put into service, where the patients had to go to other hospitals and used as an imaging method in stomach disorders. The hospital replaced the old and inadequate Security Camera Systems with camera systems that can record uninterrupted HD. The old analog switchboard was replaced with a new digital switchboard. In the hospital, the installation of Nurse Call and Color Code Systems was ensured, which was one of the most important deficiencies due to quality standards.
The hospital aims to provide quality healthcare services by observing patient and employee rights, providing modern information and technology opportunities to its employees, and being sensitive to the needs of the society. At the same time, it aims to be a hospital preferred by patients trustingly, respecting the society and having a strong reputation in the society. Being an institution where the personnel are happy to work and not compromising the medical ethics and scientific rules are among its aims.
