Adana City Hospital
Adana City Training and Research Hospital was put into service by the Ministry of Health and Rönesans Sağlık Yatırım in September 2017 with the Public Private Partnership model. The hospital was established on a land of 318000 square meters and a total construction area of 547000 square meters. Adana City Training and Research Hospital provides health services at international standards to Adana and surrounding cities with a bed capacity of 1550, 316 polyclinics and 60 operating rooms. There are 5 separate hospitals on the campus established in four towers and annex buildings positioned around a common core structure.
The world’s most advanced technology seismic isolators have been installed in the Adana City Training and Research Hospital main hospital building. This system makes it possible to continue all operational activities during and after a possible earthquake without being affected by the earthquake. In addition, the hospital has been designed in accordance with Leed Gold standards. Adana Şehir Training and Research Hospital also has the LEED Gold Certificate, which is called the Environment Friendly Construction Certificate.
