Andreas David Niederbichler, 46, was detained in 2019 for the death of Yvonne M. The man who forced his lover to have oral sex by applying drugs to his genitals died from complaints of overdose and shortness of breath. The doctor said that his lover also knew that he was using drugs on his genitals. “I was looking for a special stroke and they were involved,” said doctor Niederbichler in his statement to the court.

Doctor Andreas David Niederbichler was decided to pay compensation of 25 thousand euros (approximately 463 thousand 990 TL) to Yvonne M‘s family.
In addition to the compensation, it was decided that the doctor would pay 10 thousand euros separately to Yvonne’s wife and son and cover the funeral expenses of 8 thousand euros (approximately 148,000 TL).
