Flash Martial Law from Putin!

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared martial law in 4 new annexed regions. Putin, who signed the relevant decree, banned entry and exit to 8 adjacent regions of Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared martial law in 4 new annexed regions. It was stated that the Russian leader signed the decree to declare martial law in the annexed Ukraine’s Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

8 REGIONS ENTRY-EXIT PROHIBITION

There is a clause in the decree restricting entry and exit to eight regions adjacent to Ukraine. All of the measures are valid for the Krasnodar, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions in the south, which are close to Ukraine, and the Crimea and Sevastopol regions that Russia seized from Ukraine in 2014.

A SPECIAL COUNCIL WILL BE ESTABLISHED

Putin addressed the members of the Daylight Council on television, instructing Moscow to set up a special coordination council chaired by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to work with Russia’s regions to boost the war effort in Ukraine.

“WE ARE TRYING TO SOLVE COMPLEX ISSUES”

Putin will also express that it will increase the stability of the economy, art and production.

POSSIBLE ATTACK ON HERSON

According to the news in Reuters, Russian authorities asked the civilians in Kherson this morning to leave the area because of the possibility of an attack by Ukraine.
