IT TURNED FROM A LIGHT DRY TO A VERY SEVERE Drought

While Eskişehir was evaluated as normal and mild drought on the map covering the 6-month period covering August-January last year, it was evaluated as under the danger of “very severe drought” in the map prepared according to the last 3 months.

Very Severe Drought

According to the published map, it was determined that a large part of cities such as Konya, Afyonkarahisar and Ankara are in danger of “extraordinary drought”. It has been announced that there is no risk of drought in provinces such as İzmir, Aydın and Antalya.
