Another Step Has Been Taken For Kanal Istanbul Residences

The process continues rapidly for the mass housing that TOKİ will build on the virgin lands of Arnavutköy Baklalı, next to Kanal Istanbul, in 5 stages.

Another decision was made in one of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) applications made by TOKİ to the Istanbul Governor’s Office.

1337 HOUSING CONSTRUCTIONS AT 233 METERS FROM THE CHANNEL

The project has a construction area of ​​180 thousand 449 square meters. Within the scope of the planned project, a total of 1,337 residences, 11 concierge apartments and 20 shops will be built in 64 blocks and landscaping will be done.

The cost of the project was calculated as 839 million 89 thousand TL. A total of 5 thousand 392 people are expected to come to the new residences.

Kanal Istanbul passes from the east of the project area at a distance of 233.84 meters. The area is also 7 km from Istanbul Airport.

FINAL STATUS OF THE TENDER

The result of the tender held on 13 September 2022 for the second phase of the project has not been announced yet.

The tender, which was held on September 28 for 3 stages and was canceled due to high bids, will be held again on December 5, 2022.
