Address Registration Service Started via E-Government (E-Devlet) for Foreigners in Turkey
According to the announcement made by the General Directorate of Migration Management as of June 2022, the application envisaged for the address registration and change processes of foreigners in Turkey to be carried out via E-Government has been implemented. Accordingly, foreigners can now log in to the system with their Foreigner Identity Numbers starting with 99 given to them via the E-Government portal for vacant houses and can make address notifications for vacant houses.
Within the scope of the service, “Empty” residences that do not require consent can be accessed through this service, and address change and registration can be carried out together. In addition, “Main Applicant” at once “I will give address notification for myself and my affiliated applications.” With the option, affiliated applications (Family Members) will be able to register their addresses without requiring consent.

To register the address , you need to go to the İmmigration office of your residing city

In case if you are not planning to come to Turkey, you can de-register your address at İmmigration office.
Can you post a guide on how to do that in e-devlet? I tried to register using that but it didnt allow me (it said forreigners are not allowed to register address using e-devlet)
You cannot do the address registration through e-devlet, you have to visit İmmigration office, they have a department which is responsible for address registration process.
Me and my father want to do the address registration, our previous address is in kuwait.

As Turkish citizens you can do the address registration at the nearest Civil Registry insititution ( Nüfus Müdürlüğü), you have to provide them with the rental contract.
