A Fisherman Caught 40 Kilos of Catfish in Edirne

A citizen named Sabri Yilmaz, who was fishing in Edirne’s Meric River, caught a catfish with a length of 1 meter 80 centimeters and a weight of 40 kilograms. It was seen that Yılmaz had difficulty in carrying the fish. The catfish, which was pulled out of the water as a result of the long efforts of Sabri Yilmaz and his friends, became the biggest fish caught in Meric this season. Sabri Yilmaz, who brought the fish he caught with a net in the Meric River to the city center with his vehicle, also had difficulty in removing the fish from the trunk of the vehicle.

Yilmaz, who was photographed with a fish measuring 1 meter and 80 centimeters in length, answered the question of ‘where did you catch the fish’ by passers-by by saying ‘the place was not told’.

Will Sell To Restaurants

Sabri Yilmaz, who exhibited the fish he caught on the street for a while, then went home by putting the fish in the trunk of his car. Yilmaz said that he will sell the catfish to restaurants in the Meric district.
